Preconstruction Planning
When we are awarded a job we are sure to have a preconstruction meeting. This is done to ensure that the inspector, owner, general contractor (if we are a sub) and Alccon are all on the same page before breaking ground.
Safety Management
Alccon General Engineering takes safety very seriously, especially given the times we are in. Our safety manager goes out to different jobs on a daily basis to ensure that OSHA guidelines are being met as well as new CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19.
